Sawgrass received the PMA Award for Best Creative Application on an Alternative Substrate.  Way to go guys! Sawgrass Technologies has won an award for Creative Application/Alternative Substrate at PMA for best creative application of a photographic image on an alternative substrate.

The QC Pro Premiere Prima Tile Cutting Board is just one of the many alternative substrates that Sawgrass Technologies’ photographic customers can utilize to grow their business. For example, wedding photographers can offer their customers a self-framed photo gift on ChromaLux by Unisub.

The award-winning image was printed with Sawgrass SubliJet ink using an Epson Stylus Pro 4800 (8-color system for expanded gamut and greater control of flesh tones). The color management system used was Sawgrass Technologies’ PowerDriver XG8.
